The course is marked with orange colour. The marking is predominately good, but it is recommended that you download the GPX file to your watch for guidance. The GPX data is based on the team’s recce runs during 2022. Be aware that the data at times has low resolution with few coordinate points and straight lines between. It’s unlikely that there will be any conflicts between the official physical markings of the trail and the GPX data, but if there is, you should follow the physical markings.

At the aid stations there will be water, sports drink, fruit, candy, salty alternatives. Note the distance between the stations to plan the capacity in your backpack for carrying what you need between the stations.
It is allowed to received food and drinks externally. It is also allowed to shop at stores and petrol stations along the course.

If you decide to cancel you must immediately inform the race management (mobile: 0722-101220). If possible, a race official will pick you up and drive you to closest bus stop.

Fully charged headlamp with extra battery, or an addition headlamp (also fully charged)
Backpack/vest to store liquid and nutrition between aid stations

Drop-bag
Leave at the start. Will be made available at Penningby aid station and at the finish

Danderyds gymnasium (approximately 900 meters from the finish)
Get to the start
Public transport with SL is recommended. From central Stockholm bus 676 leaves from Östra Station with change to 637 at Norrtälje busstation (position I). More info at sl.se
Registration
You register at Raceid.se. Link
Fee is SEK 1400 kr. Registration will be closed two days before the race. Maximum 50 runners will be accepted, first come first served.
The registration fee will not be reimbursed in case of withdrawal. The registration may not be transferred to another runner.
Participation is at your own risk.
To be accepted to the race you must have successfully completed an ultra-running race in the past, of at least 50 km.
Bibs (numbers)
Will be distributed at the start. Allow time for this in your planning. Mandatory briefing starts 10 minutes before the race.
Pacing
It is allowed to use a pacer. However, the pacer is not allowed from the very start. The person/persons is/are allowed to join after 500 meters.
Littering
Absolute zero tolerance. Littering results in immediate disqualification.
Prize ceremony
All finishers will receive a finisher t-shirt and eternal bragging rights. Note that those registered after April 5th are not guaranteed finisher t-shirt due to delivery time from supplier.
A basic meal will be given at the finish, included in your registration fee
